Vakhnina & Partners attended the XXIX Archimedes Salon in Moscow

In March 2026, representatives of our company took part in the major international forum of inventors "Archimedes". The exhibition brought together experts, entrepreneurs and researchers from all over the world, providing a unique platform for the exchange of ideas, demonstration of the latest technologies and discussion of intellectual property protection issues.

At our Booth we presented information about the patent legislation of Russia and the EAPO.

We had an opportunity to tell the participants the specifics of Russian and Eurasian patent legislation, the specifics of proceedings at the Russian Patent Office (Rospatent) and the Eurasian Patent Office (EAPO). Special attention was paid to the protection of inventions and trademarks of Russian companies abroad, as well as practical recommendations for the preparation and filing of patent applications in international patent systems.

One of the significant achievements of recent months has been obtaining a patent in China for an invention developed for one of the largest Russian pharmaceutical manufacturers. This result confirms our professionalism and that of our partners in working with international patent authorities and demonstrates our ability to effectively protect the interests of clients even in the most competitive jurisdictions.
